The user purchasing digital services (plans) via the platform (Hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital subscription plan ordered electronically by the Buyer from the nfcbt.link website belonging to the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY AND USE OF SERVICE
The purchased service is entirely a digital software (SaaS) service and is instantly assigned to the Buyer's account upon successful completion of the payment process. There is no shipping or physical delivery.
ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, "contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for digital subscription and service purchases.
